Pop Up n' Paint supports bringing the patriots out to paint at community events like food, jazz, art or wine festivals, Farmer’s Markets, holiday events for July 4th, Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, and more! If you have an event that is open to the public this is the Pop Up for you!
Accommodations include 4 hours of paint, max of 14 painters, 2 sessions between 1-2 hours. We will bring the tent, table, chairs, and painting supplies. Organizers of the event will be responsible for R.S.V.P and ticket sales.
Admin fee of $500 is waived if tickets are sold out! The cost per ticket is $35.
There is no better way to expand your community mission than with an intimate, close, and purposeful paint night. Our focus is to help our community organizations get the support they need by hosting a Paint with a Purpose event. Your event host will guide your participants step-by-step through the flag building and painting process all while raising money for a charitable cause.
Tickets: $39 per ticket (includes supplies, set up, clean up, break down, and materials)
*This ticket price is discounted from $49 to $39. Organizers can charge whatever you would like per ticket, we suggest adding an additional $5-$10 per ticket.
Dues: $250 (Artist fee and travel, instruction, event host, and administration cost)
*These dues are discounted from $500 and therefore do not include an event planner.
*Dues are non refundable and are applied to the invoice.
Duration: 1-2 hours est.
Organizers for the Paint with a Purpose fundraiser are responsible for securing a venue, promoting/marketing the event, food & drink, event ticketing and sales, online registration/R.S.V.P and all guest communications.
Bring the flag builder to your next team builder, retreat or corporate event. What better way to team build then to actually build something! Take a little piece of America and a whole lot of fun back to the office with a team building corporate event.

*Companies do have the option to purchase all tickets in advance.

Calling all Patriot Painters looking for a fun way to bring your next gathering to life! This Patriot Painter package is perfect for small group gatherings, retirements, birthdays, reunions, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, anniversaries, graduation parties, VFW and American Legion events.
